What the role is:

You implement safety policies, manage incident prevention, and ensure operational safety integration for Special Operations Task Force (SOTF) and SAF Advisory Group (SAFAG) exercises and operations.

– Develop safety management plans- Advise Commanders on Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) matters- Analyse safety performance- Implement safety programmes- Conduct safety inspections and internal audits- Manage exercise safety measures- Coordinate with external agencies- Deliver safety education- Monitor safety complianceChallenge(s)- Fostering strong safety culture- Balancing training effectiveness with safety- Keeping abreast of new technologies and the constant introduction of new special-to-arm equipment

What we are looking for:
