We’re looking for confident, conversational, and friendly individuals to host our relaxed in-person singles events in Newcastle. As a Single & Mingle Event host, you’re there to ensure everyone has a fun, safe, and relaxed experience.
Here’s what you’ll get up to during a typical shift:
- Ensure the space is conducive to mingling
- Set up the event
- Confirm details of the event perk (e.g. free drink) with the venue
- Welcome & check-in all attendees
- Introduce any ice-breaker activities
- Sort name stickers for everyone
- Help people to mingle and get talking
- Inform guests about our Connection Request Service
- Pack down the event
