We are a UK-based technology solutions company with an Italian affiliate, delivering innovative IT services across the UK. We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven hybrid professional who can generate and qualify new business while also closing opportunities, with a strong ability to navigate cross-border client engagement.
Maintain and grow relationships with UK-based clients and with Italian-speaking prospects; act as a bridge between the UK team and the Italian affiliate. Develop a robust account list with prioritized targets; implement account-based outreach strategies. Present IT solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring messages to pain points and business impact.
Travel within the UK and to Italy if needed for innovation, technical events and workshops as required. Use CRM and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email automation, forecasting) to track activities, pipeline health, and performance against targets.
Required qualifications:
- Proven track record as a BDR/SDR and/or Account Executive in B2B IT services or software.
- Proficiency in English (UK) and Italian at least at C1 level; ability to communicate effectively with both English and Italian speaking stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools; ability to manage multi-channel outreach and nurture campaigns.
- Knowledge of UK/EU market segments (cloud, cybersecurity, software development, legacy upgrades) and familiarity with common procurement cycles.
