Single Homeless Project is recruiting an Outreach Worker in Camden for a full-time, permanent role.

The salary starts at £34,127.11 and rises to £36,947.49 per annum, with a 37.5-hour week and a 7-day rota to support people facing rough sleeping.

You will join a compassionate team delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support to help Londoners rebuild their lives and access safe accommodation.

DBS checks, probation progression, and inclusive, collaborative practice are part of the role.
