Single Homeless Project has two opportunities for a Day Concierge to join our team in Wandsworth, Westminster. The role is part‑time, permanent, and offers a competitive salary fixed at £28,860 per annum (pro‑rata).

About The Day Concierge Role

As a Day Concierge on the Wandsworth accommodation service, you will be at the centre of the building’s day‑to‑day operations. Your daily responsibilities include managing access, responding to day‑to‑day issues, and working closely with colleagues, contractors and partner agencies. You will be the first face people see and the steady presence that keeps everything running smoothly, creating a safe, calm, and well‑run environment where residents can settle and move forward.

You’ll work alongside people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantages, building respectful, professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries. The role blends practical problem‑solving with strong people skills; organisational ability, observance and approachability are key.

The working rota is 25 hours per week: 8 am – 4:45 pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Our Attractive Benefits Package Includes

  • A salary increase after successfully completing the six‑month probationary period
  • A 37.5‑hour working week with flexible hours (core hours 10 am – 4 pm) in non‑accommodation services
