The Housekeeper will ensure the smooth running of Milton House by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and supporting the wider service provision. You will perform thorough building cleaning, act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, support stock control, uphold health and safety compliance, and assist with practical housing management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a thorough daily clean of the building, including communal areas, bathrooms and offices.
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors.
- Support stock control and maintain health and safety compliance.
- Assist with practical housing management tasks.
- Contribute to wrap-around support, helping residents keep appointments, manage budgets and develop independence skills.
