Single Homeless Project in London is seeking two Deputy Team Managers for its Ofsted Registered Young Person's Accommodation Services, with one role in Camden and one in Greenwich. You will support the Service Manager to create safe, empowering housing for young people aged 16 and over, including care leavers. You will lead with empathy, coach staff, implement safeguarding and trauma-informed practice, and maintain health and safety standards while building strong relationships with local.
