Single Homeless Project invites applications for a Hub Outreach Team Manager based in Camden, London. The role is full‑time, permanent, with annual pay starting at £38,592.18 and increasing to £41,580.14.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, coordinated support for clients arriving at the hub.
  • Maintain close involvement in frontline service delivery and help manage complex, high‑risk situations.
  • Collaborate with outreach staff, partner organisations and external services to create seamless pathways for clients.
  • Apply psychologically informed, trauma‑informed and gender‑informed practice to create a calm, safe and purposeful hub environment.
  • Ensure that no client experiences waiting or dead ends; maintain clear, coordinated next steps in services.
  • Represent the hub in borough‑wide responses, working with leaders and partners to influence system change.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with people who face multiple disadvantages and can facilitate forward movement.
  • Ability to lead from the front – visible, hands‑on, confident in complex, high‑risk situations.
  • Strong facilitation skills, able to bring people together and cut through barriers and slow systems.
  • Practical application of psychologically informed and trauma‑informed approaches.
  • Calm, organised and focused under pressure, keeping the service moving.
