Single Homeless Project is seeking a Housing Pathway Coordinator to join our Camden team in London on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on coordinating pathways for rough sleepers, ensuring timely access to accommodation and multi-agency collaboration to move people forward.
You will work within Camden’s Rough Sleeping and Outreach Hub, identify blocks to progression, and engage outreach teams, hostels and services to keep plans on track, with trauma‑informed practice at the core.
