Job Description
Nanny for a 3-Year-Old Boy (Russian/English Speaking) – London
We are looking for a kind, experienced, and enthusiastic live-in nanny to join a private household in London to care for a curious and active 3-year-old boy. This is a long-term position with a rotational schedule and great potential for the right candidate.
Location: London, UK
Schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (live-in during working weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Holistic development and care of a 3-year-old boy
- Daily educational and creative activities (including Montessori and early development methods)
- Supporting healthy routines, play, learning, and emotional wellbeing
- Coordination with the family office and development director
- Light housekeeping related to the child (toys, clothes, meals, etc.)
Requirements:
- Resident of the UK
- Fluent in both English and Russian
- Own children (mandatory)
- Relevant education: pedagogical, early childhood, Montessori (3-6) or similar
- Previous experience with children aged 2–5
- Strong interest in sports, yoga, and active lifestyle
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and neat appearance
- Cheerful, kind, responsible, and detail-oriented
