As a Business Assistant, you’ll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks, including:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in a variety of databases and spreadsheets.

Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive or business assistant to business owners (UHNWI) or Forbes list businessmen.
- Fluent Russian language command is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of online software/Tech tools such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Jira, Slack, Notion, Zapier, Fireflies, Otter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Confluence, Felo, Worldly, AirTable, Hub Spot, Contact Out, Rocket Reach, Excel/Google Sheets experienced user; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask with ease and prioritise work as needed.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
