As a Business Assistant, you’ll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in a variety of databases and spreadsheets.
  • Contact Management: Assist in managing and updating contact lists, including customer and supplier information (Excel and AirTable).
  • Zoom Coordination: Schedule and manage Zoom meetings, including sending invitations and ensuring all necessary details are provided.

  • Data Mining: Conduct online research to gather relevant information as requested by a manager (e.g., company profiles).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive or business assistant to business owners (UHNWI) or Forbes list businessmen.
  • Fluent Russian language command is a must.
  • Advanced knowledge of online software/Tech tools such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Jira, Slack, Notion, Zapier, Fireflies, Otter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Confluence, Felo, Worldly, AirTable, Hub Spot, Contact Out, Rocket Reach, Excel/Google Sheets experienced user; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask with ease and prioritise work as needed.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
