1. Recruitment order management, issuing recruitment orders to cooperative agents, arranging interviews for salespersons, controlling the operation of the recruitment process, etc.
2. Company cost control.
3. Financial support, assisting the company's accounting company to handle accounting work.
4. Support the smooth communication and operation of the company team.
5. Human resources and administrative office management, such as handling entry and resignation procedures, purchasing office supplies, etc.
6. Assist the boss in managing the company's personnel and administrative work, accounting records, and document management.
7. Assist the boss to do MOM foreign worker work visa application work.
8. It is preferred to hold a Singapore CEI qualification certificate, be familiar with the intermediary industry and have relevant work experience.
9. Proficiency in the use and operation of various office software.
10. Good interpersonal and time management skills.
11. Singapore Citizen or PR is preferred.
12. Responsible for negotiating other tasks such as recruitment and development in the company's national markets, and other tasks assigned by the boss.
13. Saturday and Sunday need to cooperate with the boss to work overtime. Need to cooperate with the boss to work overtime at any time.
