Singh & Jones have been retained by a well known Facade Contractor who are leading the way in innovative and state of the art facade projects across the UK. My client is a well established regional roofing and cladding contractor, who have a core focus on delivering the reclad, and new build projects. A business which has a rich history, turnover in excess of £25m a year, and employ over 100 facade specialists on commercial, manufacturing, and operational levels. My client requires a Cladding Site Manager who has experience in Reclad or Cladding projects in the Midlands. The role will report in to the Facade Project Manager Duties * Manage sub contract installers, to make sure each project phase is being met on a timely manner * Conducting strong and daily levels of QA on site, and updating it on to the reporting system. * Be enthusiastic to learn and develop, but also lead and deliver within budget * Mentoring, monitoring and managing installers, including time sheet collation * Reading and understanding facade drawings, in order to relay on to Site team. * Taking ownership of site issues, and resolving with the support from the Site Manager * Proposing new ideas and being innovative on site. The ideal candidate will have a SMSTS, CSCS Black Card. The role will require Midlands travel so the candidate must be flexible with this. The candidate must be able to display strong skills in leading roofing and cladding installers, and delivering projects to a high level
