The team will report directly to and be supported by the Head of Sales and form a crucial part of the Sales team. You will work especially closely with our Channel Manager and Sales Administrator; the Marketing, Business Development, Logistics, Support, and Finance teams; as well as our wonderful customers and collaborators.

You’ll be empowering scientists across the globe with robotics to accelerate their research and change the world, every day. You will have the chance to help shape your responsibilities and perhaps even grow it into a full department over time.

You will be:

  • Building strong relationships with key customers, acting as their trusted advisor and partner to help them achieve their desired outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Creating and delivering persuasive proposals, with demonstrations that showcase the value proposition and secure new deals.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and providing ongoing engagement with existing customers.
