Be part of the Marketing team to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for assigned projects, including managing media buys and creatives, and working with our agencies and partners. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to strategic tech and systems projects, including the adoption of AI in marketing.
TRAINEESHIP PERIOD: 1-year contract, from July 2025.
REPORTS TO: Manager, Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, deliver and monitor integrated marketing campaigns for assigned projects across digital and offline channels, including media buys, setting up ad campaigns, preparing creatives, budgeting, monitoring timelines and working with our agencies and partners.
- Support the Marketing Manager in monitoring campaign performance, including working with our paid media agency to optimise campaign outcomes.
- Support the evaluation of AI usage in marketing.
- Support website and social media content production and updates.
- Join Marketing colleagues for filming and photography at rehearsals.
- Undertake Front-of-House duties for events where rostered.
- Be a key part of the working team responsible for the integrated marketing campaign for the biennial National Piano & Violin Competition.
- Support website and social media content updates.
- Oversee the production of all marketing collaterals.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency through thorough proofreading.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- A recognised university degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Energetic, pro-active, adaptable and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork, within the department and across the organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence in working with data and generating actionable insights is a plus.
