Job Purpose:
Responsible for day to day running of the HR functions. Maintain confidentiality of all staff information. Ensure all confidential documents are kept in locked drawers.
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in collaboration with the payroll vendor.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary payments, CPF contributions, Foreign Worker Levy submissions, and annual tax filings (IR8A/IR21 where applicable).
- Administer payroll matters including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, bonuses, AWS, and final salary payments.
- Ensure payroll records and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and kept confidential.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
- Manage employee leave administration, including annual, medical, maternity, and other statutory leave.
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, staff turnover, and payroll summaries.
- Support annual salary reviews, increment, promotion, and compensation & benefits activities.
Employee Benefits & Engagement
- Administer employee benefits, including dental claims, long service awards, and staff recognition programmes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, staff events, and welfare initiatives.
- Support staff communications and other HR administrative activities as required.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, payroll regulations, and company policies.
- Recommend and implement improvements to payroll and HR administrative processes.
Others
- Assist in Club’s projects and functions
- Assist in the development / implementation of HR Procedures and/or Policies
- Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
- Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace
- Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you
- Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline with at least 1 - 3 years of relevant HR and payroll experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, payroll, and statutory requirements.
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and have strong initiative
- Thrives in a high stress environment, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

- Creative problem-solver
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word and MS Power-point
