Job Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the Club’s housekeeping operations, including ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance support, hygiene, and service quality for members and guests and landscaping. The role involves supervising staff and contractors, ensuring high standards of hygiene in public areas, shower rooms, and the pool area, while maintaining cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring the Club’s cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
  • Work within budgetary cost and improve methods.
  • Oversee contractors and staff for Cleaning (3-in-1), External Façade Cleaning, Landscaping/Tree Pruning, Pest Control, Laundry, Washroom Hygiene, Refuse Collection, and related housekeeping services.
  • Make and measure decision-making processes; be responsible and accountable for results.
  • Ensure all work stations’ cleanliness, employees’ attitude, behaviour, personal cleanliness, compliance with Club rules and regulations.
  • Manage and control adequacy of inventory of all housekeeping supplies.
  • Stand in the capacity of Head Maintenance when required.
  • Responsible for the financial performance and constantly review the cost-effectiveness of the Department.
  • Provide adequate training.
