Job Purpose

Prepare dining area or lounge ready for service.

To replenish stocks for daily use.

To greet members and guests, usher them to seats, serve beverage and take Food and Beverage orders.

To replenish stocks for daily use.

To clear soiled plates and bill guests according to orders.

Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Report for duty punctually, wearing the clean and well dress uniform, name badge herself
  • 2. Understand and use the POS system proficiency.
  • 3. Follow supervisor’s instruction and assisting in all implementation of club’s regulations.
  • 4.

Positive working attitude.

Able to carry Supervisory duties includes taking food & beverage orders, leads junior staff in completion of their daily tasks, manage food delivery pantry ensuring all foods smoothly delivered to member’s tables.

  • 5. Provident of VIP services effectively, proper hostessing or ushering member & their guests to the appointed tables.
  • 6. Suggestive selling when taking food and beverage orders.
  • 7. Able to handle guest complaints and always feedback to his/ her manager.
  • 8. Aggressive to attend any training or activity organized by the management.
  • 9. Completely understanding club’s policy with regards to fire safety and hygiene
  • 10. Assume responsibility as the supervisor on the floor during meal periods

  • Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
  • Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
  • Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.
  • Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: -

  • Professional certification in culinary arts
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience with Food and Hygiene Certification
