The Customer Services Officer plays a key role in supporting the club by delivering exceptional member services, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Support:
- Assist members with login issues and updating personal details.
- Process family memberships, including applications, reactivations, and terminations.
- Handle card replacements for lost or damaged cards, and coordinate door access updates with IT.
- Enroll and terminate members in Sports and Lifestyle sections.
- Update the Electronic Payment System (EPS) in the club’s membership database.
- Prepare and issue letters for car decals, membership changes, introductions, and other member requirements.
- Manage returned mail, sweet orders, and monthly corporate stock reports for Finance.
- Maintain organized records for issued/replaced membership cards, family memberships, and other documents.
- Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
- Document and escalate unresolved member complaints or issues to the appropriate department or manager.
- Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and welcoming to members and visitors.
- Greet members and visitors, assist with inquiries, and provide general information.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage visitor logs.
- Report maintenance or cleanliness issues in public areas to the relevant departments.
- Print membership cards for new and existing members.
- Prepare and distribute car decals and other necessary documents.
- Assist with member registrations for club events.
- Accept payments for membership renewals, replacement cards, or other services, if applicable.
- Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
- Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
- Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
Minimum of GCE 'O' level
