To further enhance the quality of ballet instruction and diversify our teaching faculty, the Dance Department is now inviting applications for the position of Part-Time Ballet Adjunct Lecturer. This is a casual role, offering flexibility to work around your other commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Teach ballet courses as assigned by the school.
  • Assist the teaching team in rehearsals, student coaching, and other relevant teaching support activities.
  • Actively participate in curriculum development, peer reviews, and other academic activities organized by the school.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Ballet discipline (Candidates with exceptional industry teaching experience may be considered for those with a lower academic qualification).
  • Minimum of three years of teaching experience in professional dance institutions (full-time employment not required).
  • Solid professional foundation in ballet and effective instructional communication skills.
  • A strong passion for education, a sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
