We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Customer Engagement team. Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Manager, Customer Engagement, the incumbent will be required to engage stakeholders to develop and execute effective and measurable customer communications that meet business objectives of retaining existing customers, encouraging responsible gaming behaviour and diverting customers with illegal operators to Singapore Pools.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will plan, execute, and deliver assigned Customer-focused projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • You will develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure project success.
  • You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
  • You will regularly communicate project status updates, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive consensus on project objectives.
  • You will proactively address stakeholder concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative project environment.
  • You will influence decision-making processes by presenting data-driven insights, user feedback, and business cases to key stakeholders.
  • You will write creative briefs and contribute to campaign conceptualization.
  • You will plan, manage and produce the editorial content for various communication platforms.
  • You will manage the production of communications material with agencies and designers.
  • You will handle editorial calendar planning.
  • You will manage copywriting, editing and proof-reading.
  • You will exercise internal and external communications plan approval.
  • You will support cross-functional collaboration in developing and executing customer-focused projects and strategic roadmaps.
  • You will attend training and support for personal development to enhance productivity.

Who You Are:

  • You have a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience executing experience design or communications campaigns across print and digital platforms.
  • You should have experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
  • You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • You should have strong copywriting skills in English and Mandarin in order to manage and produce content for audiences in both languages.
  • You are a good team player but able to work on your own initiatives with minimum guidance.
  • You should have strong knowledge of customer experience, gaming products and processes.
  • You should be creative, results-oriented, analytical, meticulous as well as a strategic thinker with a keen interest in consumer behaviour.
  • You should be able to convert data to information and then to knowledge which builds understanding of customers.
  • You should be able to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally to management and staff.
  • You should have project management and execution experience.
