We are looking for a passionate and professional Guest Service Host to join our Livewire Operations team to help us with our mission of providing excellent customer service. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Area Manager, the incumbent will perform counter sales and services.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in customer service or operations, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
  • You will perform counter sales and services of the Company’s products and to pay prize winners.
  • You will attend to customers’ queries and provide hassle free service and a pleasant experience for customers.
  • You will provide services such as SPA KYC, deposit and withdrawal, and conduct reconciliation of end‑of‑day summary report against physical cash.
  • You will assist on all administrative work related to counter duty and the premise.
Who You Are
  • You will need at least GCE 'O' / 'N' level.
  • You will need at least 1‑2 years’ experience in cashiering work in the service industry.
  • You should have a strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to speak English, Mandarin and local dialects, in order to attend to English or Mandarin or local dialects‑speaking customers’ needs.
  • You should have basic computer knowledge and skills.
  • You should be willing to work on shifts and on weekends/public holidays.
