We are looking for a passionate and professional Customer Experience Officer to join our Customer Experience team to serve as a one-stop touch point for customers on all Singapore Pools (SPPL) products and service related matters. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Assistant Manager, the incumbent will execute the Customer Experience initiative at retail touchpoints to provide excellent experience and service to the customers.
What You'll Do:
- You will need to engage or assist walk-in customers at our retail sales points on SPPL's offerings and campaigns (E.g. educational campaigns or outlet closure campaigns).
- You will need to provide support for divisional or corporate initiatives such as Anti Scam Awareness initiatives.
- You will need to engage customers by sharing the features and functions of SPPL's offerings, assist and facilitate customers on their requests with download, set-up, and usage of the app.
- You will assist with customer enquiries and serve as a one-stop touch point for customers for all SPPL related matters.
Who You Are:
- You will need a minimum GCE O' Level with relevant experience in hospitality, sales or customer service preferred.
- You should be able to talk and sell to customers, i.e. soft-selling skills.
- You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You should be digital savvy – possess knowledge of digital applications.
- You should be a good team player but able to work on your own initiatives with minimum guidance.
- You should be willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
