Project Senior Manager, AI Adoption & Industry Transformation

Support the Director & serve as the 2nd Project Advisor in providing advisory & consultancy to companies on AI adoption/integration.

Provide comprehensive operations, marketing & administrative support on the project.

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing outreach & discovery workshop for manufacturing & related companies which are interested in exploring AI adoption.

Conduct thorough assessments of companies’ business processes, production workflow, data infrastructure, and technological capabilities on their level of readiness for AI adoption.

Analyse companies’ needs, objectives, and constraints to identify & suggest possible AI tools/solutions for adoption.

Matchmake companies with suitable AI applications & solutions providers to explore possible AI solutions for adoption.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers & clients to track AI adoption project timelines, budget, milestones, and deliverables.

Any other roles & duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements

Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in digital transformation, data analytics, AI adoption, IT management.

Good understanding of data and AI technologies, with preference in work experience/knowledge in manufacturing workflow.

Good communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
