Role Overview
As the Senior Executive, Marketing & Communications, you will play a key role in strengthening SHRI's brand and digital presence through compelling content, effective platform management and AI-enabled marketing. Working within SHRI's Communications, Events & Membership (CEM) team, you will create engaging content, manage SHRI's digital platforms, and support integrated marketing initiatives across Membership, Academy, Corporate and Events. Your work will help build brand awareness, engage the HR community, generate leads, and position SHRI as a trusted voice in the profession. Success in this role is measured by the quality of content, effectiveness of digital platforms, strength of audience engagement, and meaningful contribution to SHRI's strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
- Content Creation & Production: You will create compelling content that strengthens SHRI's brand, supports business growth and positions the Institute as a trusted voice in the HR profession. This includes:
- Producing high-quality written, visual and multimedia content for websites, EDMs, social media, presentations and marketing campaigns.
- Developing articles, feature stories, case studies, event highlights and thought leadership content that engages SHRI's diverse audiences.
- Designing digital marketing assets, infographics and campaign collaterals that align with SHRI's brand identity.
- Capturing and editing photographs, videos and short-form content to support events, campaigns and digital platforms.
- Leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, editing, design and production while maintaining quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate communications.
- Digital Platform Management: You will manage SHRI's digital platforms to maximise visibility, engagement and lead generation while ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience. This includes:
- Managing and maintaining SHRI's website, ensuring content is accurate, current and user-friendly.
- Creating and updating landing pages for events, programmes and campaigns.
- Managing SHRI's social media channels and email marketing platforms.
- Monitoring website traffic, campaign performance and digital engagement using analytics tools, and recommending improvements based on insights.
- Supporting SEO, user experience optimisation and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen SHRI's online presence.
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and digital performance through AI, automation and emerging technologies.
