The Programme Executive is responsible for supporting the administration and delivery of academic programs, managing student onboarding, recruitment, and coordinating with external partners. The role involves pre- and post-course activities, compliance with quality standards, and working closely with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of academic and HR-related programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Onboarding: Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new students, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed. Provide guidance and support to students during their transition into the institution, addressing any queries or concerns. Ensure students have access to necessary resources for academic success, including course materials and orientation sessions.
  • Programme Management: Oversee the academic programmes under your care and manage student recruitment. Handle pre- and post-course activities, including planning, scheduling, and class coordination for each study term. Provide administrative support during the study term, assist in exam preparation, liaise with invigilators, and manage result processing. Assist the QA Manager with programme coordination, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate records of programme activities and participants, evaluating the effectiveness of academic and HR programmes monthly.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure the programme’s compliance with regulatory bodies such as SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Committee for Private Education (CPE), and EduTrust. Handle documentation related to government funding applications (e.g., Skills Development Fund) via TPGateway.
  • Student Support: Act as the main point of contact for students throughout their academic journey, providing timely assistance with academic inquiries or administrative matters. Organize and conduct student orientation sessions to familiarize new students with the institution’s policies, procedures, and available resources.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of academic and HR programmes. Liaise with lecturers and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and student support.
  • Data & Reporting: Compile and track key program performance data, preparing reports for management on enrolment, retention, and student feedback. Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programmes monthly and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in program coordination or a similar administrative role within a private educational institution or in a customer service function.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, lecturers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also handling tasks independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferences:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with education management systems (e.g., TPGateway, CRM platforms).
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the education sector (SSG, CPE, EduTrust) is a plus.
  • Experience in student services or educational program administration.
