The Quality Assurance (QA) role is responsible for ensuring SHRI Academy’s academic operations comply with EduTrust, CPE, SSG, and internal quality standards. This role works closely with programme, academic, and operations teams to maintain regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous quality improvement.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Oversee and maintain compliance with EduTrust, CPE, SSG, TPQA, and ERF requirements.
- Ensure adherence to SHRI Academy’s Programme Operations Manual (POM) and internal governance frameworks.
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Monitor documentation, records, and processes to ensure audit readiness at all times.
- Policy, Process & Continuous Improvement
- Review, develop, and update academic policies, SOPs, and quality frameworks.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Analyse feedback, audit findings, and operational gaps; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across academic and administrative functions.
- Stakeholder & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Programme, Operations, and Academic teams to ensure quality standards are embedded in daily operations.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance, quality expectations, and regulatory updates.
- Act as the key liaison with regulators and external stakeholders on quality-related matters.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Education, Quality Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in QA, compliance, or academic operations within a PEI / training environment.
- Strong working knowledge of EduTrust, CPE, SSG, TPQA requirements.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with documentation and audits.
- Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills.
