As the Finance Executive, you will manage SHRI’s financial functions with precision while serving as a vital support pillar for general office operations. This hybrid-nature role requires a proactive professional who is equally comfortable balancing ledgers as they are assisting with the smooth running of the daily office environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of all entries.
- Facilitate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
- Support daily tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Help prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain balance sheet schedules.
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate yearly statutory audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation to auditors.
- Support quarterly GST submission by gathering relevant financial data.
- Assist in preparing annual tax computations and income tax filings.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Diploma / degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent (e.g, ACCA).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in accounting; experience in a small-to-medium office environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Must be able to start in March 2026 and commit for at least 6 to 7 months.
