This role is based at the Bugis Junction Towers office in Singapore and requires you to be in the office 3 times a week. We are looking for a Sales Director to join our ATxSG team.
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for executing the commercial strategy for Asia Tech x Singapore, working at the intersection of global technology brands, regional enterprises and government stakeholders. Pivotal in the shift from a large-scale, successful exhibition to a world‑class Festival, this candidate should be focused on sustainable growth, yield optimisation and sales best practice.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
- Own and deliver the ATxSG sales plan, balancing volume, yield and long-term account value.
- Lead and develop the sales team to execute effectively in a highly competitive regional market.
- Drive market penetration and account growth across priority sectors and strategic customer segments.
- Effectively roll out new portfolio initiatives (121 meetings service and any other additional inventory/strategic initiatives), by collaborating cross‑functionally, ensuring Sales Team have all necessary tools.
- Report and track success.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with enterprise, technology and public‑sector partners.
- Drive strong sales discipline, forecasting accuracy and data‑led decision making.
- Partner with local and global stakeholders to strengthen proposition‑market fit.
- Actively contribute to cross‑festival opportunities and global account strategy.
