About the Company
Singapore Economics and Management Institute Pte Ltd (SEMI) is a Singapore-registered education and training institution committed to integrating global resources, supporting business development, and nurturing business leaders. Through education, training, international exchange and industry practice, SEMI supports the cross-border development of talents and enterprises.
Digital Creative Entrepreneurship Program – Global Short Drama & Motion Distribution Project is a new initiative launched by SEMI in 2026. SEMI has been authorised as the exclusive partner in Singapore for Vcomic, a copyright development and trading brand under Sina Animation, to promote and operate short drama content distribution opportunities in Singapore and related markets. Through this programme, licensed short drama titles with intellectual property rights from the platform will be distributed to wider audiences. Creators will be able to access a multi-language, multi-genre short drama content library and share selected content through their own dedicated promotion links.
As the global overseas short drama market continues to grow rapidly, SEMI aims to connect creators, digital content resources and international platform opportunities across Singapore, Southeast Asia and beyond, while exploring new possibilities in content distribution and the digital creative industry.

There is no upfront cost required, and earnings are subject to actual content performance, verified sales records and applicable settlement terms. Creators will have access to a growing library of licensed, high-quality, watermark-free short drama content across multiple genres and languages. No original filming or on-camera appearance is required.

- Use CapCut or other suitable video editing tools to edit, package and creatively adapt licensed short drama materials into 15–30 second teaser videos or highlight clips.
- Publish authorised content with assigned referral / tracking links, and prepare suitable captions, titles and hashtags to improve content reach, engagement and conversion.
- Review content performance and dashboard data, support data verification and settlement processes, and comply with SEMI’s SOPs, platform guidelines, copyright requirements and social media platform rules.
