Singapore Cricket Club is seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Property & Housekeeping Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Property & Housekeeping Department.
- Coordinate staff rosters, attendance records, leave applications, overtime claims, and uniform administration.
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange procurement of housekeeping and operational supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, Finance, HR, and other departments on operational matters.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, repair works, deliveries, and contractor services.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting materials, purchase requisitions, and departmental documentation.
- Support housekeeping operations, event setups, car park administration, and departmental projects.
Requirements
- Diploma/Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Meticulous with figures and records management.
- Prior administrative experience in hospitality, facilities, property management, or a related environment will be an advantage.
