Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the Club premises to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for members, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vacuum carpets in all F&B outlets, offices and staircases.
- Clean brasses such as stair nosing, bar stool footrests and bar areas.
- Spot clean and shampoo carpets.
- Empty rubbish and remove all litter.
- Dust room surroundings, skirting boards, banisters, wall pictures, etc.
- General cleaning of furniture.
- Clean and shampoo upholstery.
- Clean mirrors and windows.
- Perform banquet functions according to Event Orders’ requirements.
- Clean, sweep and mop verandahs, staircases and terraces.
- Clean sports facilities such as squash courts and gymnasium.
- Clean staff toilets and staff rooms.
- Polish all trophies in the Clubhouse and from Sports Department.
- Assist with the decoration of the Clubhouse during festivals and events.
- Polish parquet floors.
- Report any repairs requirement to Maintenance Department.
- Water and maintain the hedges, outdoor plants and landscaping.
- Maintain cleanliness of the carparks - ensure carparks are free of litter and dried leaves.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Bin Centre.
- Ensure all the 660L bins are washed daily.
- Clean and ensure the drains around the perimeter are free from rubbish and unclogged.
- Clean all the staircases at the Courtyard.
- Clean the chute of Dumb waiter, Goods Lift and Handicapped lift.
- Clean loading/unloading bay.
- Clean the area at the Chiller plant, to ensure the area is free from litter and debris.
- Sweep and hose down the Terraces.
- Sweep and mop the basement corridors/walls.
- Ensure the drains at the apron of the building are free from debris.
- Required to move furniture to set-up for functions as per Event Orders.
- Required to perform shift duties on rotational basis (2.00 to 11.00pm).
