The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Head of Events, the responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Planning and organising Club Events to continuously engage members and take charge of several interest groups and sections under Member Engagement.
  • Able to plan events and execution including coordinating with vendors and following up with the necessary arrangements.
  • Manage events registration process and create a streamlined experience for the members.
  • Ensure all Social events and Member Engagement Activity enquiries and registrations are answered, followed up and executed in a timely manner (within 24 hours).
  • Oversee all administrative work relating to the Events Department which includes raising POs, generating reports, event orders, filing, meeting minutes recording, preparing meeting agenda and presentations, etc.
  • Ensuring all Club Events promotional materials are updated in the Club and all areas such as website, digital boards, signages, etc.
  • Work together with other departments on all logistical requirements to ensure the successful execution of Club events.
  • Support the Head of Events in running the F1 event, including logistics matters and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all documents are properly recorded and maintained with good administrative practice.
  • Responsible for overseeing all inventory under the Events Department.
