We are looking for a service-oriented and experienced

Captains, Food & Beverage Supervisors & Senior Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team.

The successful candidate will lead by example in delivering exceptional service to our Members and Guests while supporting the daily operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent food and beverage service to Members and Guests.
  • Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and train junior staff and casual employees on service standards and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate station assignments, meal breaks, and workflow during operations.
  • Handle Members' requests, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and compliance with Club policies.
  • Assist with stock requisition, inventory, and administrative duties.
  • Provide leadership and operational support in the absence of Managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
