We are looking for a service-oriented and experienced
Captains, Food & Beverage Supervisors & Senior Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team.
The successful candidate will lead by example in delivering exceptional service to our Members and Guests while supporting the daily operations of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent food and beverage service to Members and Guests.
- Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and train junior staff and casual employees on service standards and product knowledge.
- Coordinate station assignments, meal breaks, and workflow during operations.
- Handle Members' requests, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and compliance with Club policies.
- Assist with stock requisition, inventory, and administrative duties.
- Provide leadership and operational support in the absence of Managers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
