Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with corporates, SMEs, government agencies, trade associations, and international counterparts.
- Deliver a portfolio of flagship conferences, forums, roundtables, and networking events.
- Lead end-to-end event management: programme design, speaker engagement, sponsorship, marketing, and delivery.
- Maintain senior stakeholder relationships and act as a key liaison for partner engagement.
- Identify member needs and translate them into relevant programmes and services.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for events and partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Degree in communications, political science, economics, or business.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, with sound knowledge of business protocols and etiquette.
- Familiarity with Singapore environment, ASEAN markets and international business dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong execution discipline.
