We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Programme Consultant to drive learner enrolments, corporate partnerships and business growth.
What You'll Do
Customer Acquisition
- Acquire new corporate and individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, business owners and industry partners.
- Identify training opportunities and generate new business leads.
Training Solutions Advisory
- Understand clients' workforce skills gap and development needs.
- Recommend suitable training and certification programmes.
- Provide professional advisory on learning pathway and funding support schemes.
Portfolio & Account Management
- Manage assigned programme portfolios and client accounts.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads and enrolments.
- Drive customer retention and repeat business.
Marketing & Outreach
- Represent SCCIOB at networking events, exhibitions, seminars and webinars.
- Participate in outreach campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to increase programme awareness and enrolment.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years of sales, business development, customer service or account management experience.
- Experience in training, education, SME enterprises & corporate services or B2B sales experience will be advantageous.
- High motivation to succeed in a performance-driven, commission-based compensation structure.
- Strong communication, presentation, client management and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-centric, results-driven and a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM.
