Location: Primarily work from home; one in-person meeting per week
Working Hours & Schedule
- Total Hours: 30 hours per week
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Daily Hours: 6 hours per day
- Core Availability: Any continuous 6-hour window between 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (weekdays)
- Flexibility: Daily schedule can be determined based on the successful applicant’s availability
Weekly In-Person Meeting
- Frequency: Once per week
- Duration: Up to 2 hours
- Note: This meeting counts toward the total weekly working hours
Leave Entitlement
- Medical Leave: 7 days per year
- Annual Leave: 14 days per year
Scope of Work
- Personal Support
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn profile
- Plan, coordinate, and organize monthly meetings to strengthen professional and social relationships
- Track and remind of birthdays and important personal or professional events
- Organize and manage budgeting for gift purchases
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (content will be repurposed across platforms)
- Create and monitor content performance for the website
- Produce videos for Singa TV for every public holiday
- Create and manage content on Carousell
- Create content for the website, Facebook, and Instagram
Compensation
- Base pay to be discussed with shortlisted candidates
- Additional Pay: Seasonal work may be compensated with additional pay, capped at $300. Feasibility and structure to be discussed during the interview process.
