ABOUT THE ROLE The Producer at Sing King is responsible for project execution, coordination and delivery across Sing King’s Game portfolio. The Producer works cross-functionally across the business to drive product delivery and to deliver against business objectives and reports into the Senior Product Manager. What You\’ll Do Own the plan, pace, and structure of delivery ensuring fast, aligned execution across all disciplines (code, designers, artists, QA, etc). You’ll manage the agile process and rituals (e.g sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and ensure goals, timelines, and dependencies across teams are clearly communicated and adjusted to meet delivery. Turn product intent into team action enabling fast, focused execution across both new ideas and live game features. You’ll help validate these ideas quickly by supporting design, prototyping and experimentation efforts, and you’ll be responsible for writing up user stories and tasks as part of structured backlog planning Coordinate across stakeholders to keep goals, blockers and communication flow flowing smoothly. You’ll communicate priorities, changes, and expectations clearly and keep tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana) and documentation up-to-date. You’ll be responsible for keeping everyone on the same page. Actively contribute to the continuous iteration of our Games, helping validate what works, rapidly identifying what doesn’t and enabling fast feedback cycles, change management and thoughtful prioritisation. You’ll anticipate and identify problems early and be proactive in finding solutions. Through this structured approach, you’ll support Product in driving the broader roadmap. What You\’ll Bring Mobile gaming expertise – You’ll have prior experience in mobile gaming and have shipped at least one title from concept through to launch and live operations, as well as one major update. Execution Excellence – A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and the ability to manage cross-functional projects from start to finish. You can write well-structured tasks and stories, and are comfortable using project tracking tools such as Asana and Jira. Communication
