At Sing Education, we’re looking for musicians passionate about inspiring young learners with music. Candidates should hold a university degree in music or a related field and bring experience in teaching, classroom management, and leadership.
Weekly Teaching & Placement
- Full school days, 8:45 am – 3:30 pm (term time)
- Teaching 1 to 5 days per week at Sing Education primary schools
- Singing‑led whole‑class lessons from Nursery to Year 6 using Sing Education resources
- Leading singing assemblies and choirs, lunchtime and after‑school clubs
Qualifications
- University graduate with a degree in music or a related field
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong vocal skills and confidence to lead lessons and assemblies
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to conduct whole‑class music lessons
- Basic keyboard proficiency for classroom use
- Understanding of the National Curriculum for music
- Proficient with ICT and online systems such as G Suite
Experience
- Classroom teaching or one‑on‑one instruction experience
- Previous work with children or young people in a teaching or leadership role
