- Weekly teaching, full school day – 8.45am-3.30/4.30pm, term time
- Permanent placement in a Sing Education primary school/s
- Teaching from 1 to 5 days per week
- Singing-led curricular whole-class music lessons – Nursery to Year 6 following Sing Education teaching resources
- Choirs, lunchtime and after school clubs
Requirements
Qualifications
University graduate with a degree in music or a related field
Skills and Knowledge
Strong vocal skills with the confidence to lead lessons and assemblies
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Capability to conduct whole-class music lessons
Basic keyboard proficiency for classroom use
Understanding of the National Curriculum for music
Proficient with ICT and able to use online systems such as G Suite
Experience
Experience in classroom teaching or one-on-one instruction
Previous work with children or young people in a teaching or leadership role

Compensation
- Full-time Salary PA: £22,379 – £29,288 (for 5 days per week), based on a 5-point progressive pay scale.
- Staff progress up the pay scale with each 12 months of service following a successful managerial supervision meeting. Initial pay is dependent on
- classroom music experience and weekly hours + pension.
- 7 – 40 hours per week – 38 weeks per year + paid training.
