Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • University graduate with a degree in music or a related field
  • Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong vocal skills with the confidence to lead lessons and assemblies
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Capability to conduct whole‑class music lessons
  • Basic keyboard proficiency for classroom use

  • Staff progress up the pay scale with each 12 months of service following a successful managerial supervision meeting.
  • Initial pay is dependent on classroom music experience and weekly hours + pension.
  • 7 - 40 hours per week - 38 weeks per year + paid training.
