- Weekly teaching, full school day – 8:45am‑3:30/4:30pm, term time
- Permanent placement in a Sing Education primary school/s
- Teaching from 1 to 5 days per week
- Singing‑led curricular whole‑class music lessons – Nursery to Year 6 following Sing Education teaching resources
- Choirs, lunchtime and after‑school clubs
Qualifications
- University graduate with a degree in music or a related field.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong vocal skills with the confidence to lead lessons and assemblies.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Capability to conduct whole‑class music lessons.
- Basic keyboard proficiency for classroom use.
- Understanding of the National Curriculum for music.
- Proficient with ICT and able to use online systems such as Google Workspace.
Experience
- Experience in classroom teaching or one‑on‑one instruction.
- Previous work with children or young people in a teaching or leadership role.

Full‑time Salary PA: £24,867 – £32,542 (for 5 days per week), based on a 5‑point progressive pay scale. Staff progress up the pay scale with each 12 months of service following a successful supervisory meeting. Initial pay is dependent on classroom music experience and weekly hours + pension. 7 – 40 hours per week – 38 weeks per year + paid training.
