This role:

We are looking for a People Coordinator to come and join our team! This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrives working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines helping us build for the future.

An idea of what you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, HR system data, and documentation across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support day-to-day HR administration, including contract changes, benefits paperwork, absence logging, and maintaining internal trackers.
  • Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding administration, including issuing key documentation, completing right-to-work checks, and ensuring all compliance steps are met.
  • Administering employee training and development activities by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance and completion, and updating training records.
  • Carry out routine compliance checks (e.g., file audits, training expiry monitoring, policy acknowledgement tracking) and escalate any risks appropriately.
  • Administering updates to HR policies, procedures, and templates, ensuring consistency, version control, and effective communication across the business.
  • Producing and maintaining HR reports and metrics, including headcount, retention, absence, training completion, and onboarding-related KPIs.
  • A key contact for queries on HR processes, policies, and documentation, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Support the wider People Team with process coordination and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and employee experience.
  • Provide administrative support to cyclical people processes, including probation tracking, administrative talent reporting, performance cycles, annual policy reviews, training calendar planning, and events.

Requirements

You’ll have a proven track record of:

  • Proficient in the use of Productivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to use own initiative as well as work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent listening skills with ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.

You’ll be a successful People Coordinator at Sinewave if you’re …

  • Experience using HRIS platforms, ideally Zoho People, is desirable.
  • Previous experience in an HR, people operations, or administrative support role is desirable.
  • Strong administrative skillset with familiarity in handling documentation, compliance tasks, and structured processes is desirable.
  • Demonstratable experience in using Excel for data analytics, with a proven ability to ensure high levels of accuracy when cross-referencing data across multiple sources.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including the anti-bribery policy, while adhering to the Environmental and Quality Management System in alignment with ISO standards and the requirements of the NERS accreditation.
