This role:<\/span><\/b>

We are looking for a Major Projects Pre Construction Manager to come
and join our growing Delivery team.<\/span>
<\/p>
This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrives
working in a fast -paced environment with tight deadlines helping us build for
the future.<\/span>
<\/p>
An idea of what you'll be doing:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Acting as the
first point of contact for project pre -construction enquiries (i.e. design)
through all communication channels.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Reviewing and
maintaining accurate and current pre -construction programs of work for the
projects they support<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Working closely
with internal and external stakeholders and clients to support projects
delivery to completion on time<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Data gathering
through customers and site visits to ensure that the estimating and delivery
team have the required pre -construction information<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Setting up and
maintaining Project Communication System supplied by the Client/EPC Contractor
and other party including internal distribution, archiving and storage of all
incoming and outgoing correspondence/documentation.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintaining
management tools such as Status Report and any other form of monitoring report
required by Project Owner<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Partake in
relevant meetings to gain understanding of support required for each project<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support with the
creation of pre -energisation documentation<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Providing routine
updates and reports at an operational and commercial level to enhance client
experience<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Chase invoices
for ongoing works and liaise with Project Manager to ensure any payment terms
are fulfilled<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist with
various administrative functions in project development and design submission,
payment stages, construction and operations<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Carrying out
reasonable tasks as requested by Project Managers and senior managers to
support the successful delivery of projects<\/span>
<\/p>
