We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join us in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, helping us build for the office and/or on Sinewave sites. Regular site visits will help you build an understanding of our projects and teams, enabling you to create authentic and engaging content.

  • Assisting and creating high quality print and digital artwork
  • Create and update content for marketing channels including case studies, website content and presentation materials
  • Produce video and photographic content, proficient in capturing, editing and publishing
  • Assist with administering the Company website
  • Support the management of social media channels, helping to identify opportunities to promote and develop the brand
  • Assist in promotions and campaigns and attend events as necessary
  • Produce briefs and presentations for creative, digital and PR
  • Contribute new and innovative ideas for marketing and promotional ideas
  • Support the tracking of marketing activity performance, collating data and assisting with reporting on results
  • Work with Senior management to advise on and develop best strategies for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Support the delivery of brand messaging and help ensure marketing materials remain consistent with brand guidelines

Proficient in the use of productivity and collaboration software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smartphones, tablets, laptops etc. Experience in using marketing systems and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, Squarespace, video editing software and similar platforms is desirable. You should be creative with an artistic flair and have an interest in using data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to identify trends, gain insights and support marketing decisions. Experience or confidence in photography and videography, including capturing and creating engaging visual content for digital channels is also important.

You’ll be a successful Junior Marketing Executive with a Full UK driving license (maximum of 3 points) and a Level 3 related qualification in Digital Marketing or Marketing business principles is desirable. A Level 3 related qualification in Graphics, ICT or computing is also desirable.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including the anti-bribery policy, while adhering to the Environmental and Quality Management System in alignment with ISO standards and the requirements of the NERS accreditation.
