This role:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to come and join our growing Projectsteam.
This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrivesworking in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines helping us build forthe future.
An idea of what you'll be doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for project andfault call enquiries (during working hours) through all communicationchannels..
- Log, prioritise and co-ordinate fault calls, ensuringengineers and operational teams are deployed efficiently.
- Scheduling labour and supporting project plans, liaising with subcontract partners, vehicles and equipment/materials acrossmultiple projects and reactive works.
- Apply for, track and manage permits includingstreetworks permits, council permits and access permissions.
- Monitor permit conditions, dates and restrictions,escalating risks or delays where required.
- Maintain accurate scheduling trackers and projectrecords using internal systems and software platforms.
- Arrange traffic management, access requirements andsupporting documentation for planned works.
- Support emergency and reactive works by arrangingrapid response resource and maintaining communication with clients and siteteams.
- Attend operational meetings and provide updates onscheduling, permits, outstanding actions and resource planning.
- Communicate regularly with clients, local authoritiesand subcontract partners regarding project progress and planned works.
- Assist with preparation and submission of projectcompletion documentation and reports.
- Raise purchase orders, track costs and support invoiceprocessing where required.

Requirements
You'll have a proven track record of:
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong understanding of permits, streetworks andscheduling requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with internal andexternal stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-pacedoperational environment.
- Competent using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePointand workflow management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintainaccurate records.
- Ability to build and maintain effective workingrelationships.
- Understanding of SHEQ requirements and safe systems ofwork.

- Experience working in a Project Co-Ordinator,Scheduler or Planner role.
- Experience managing permits, fault calls andscheduling activities.
- Experience within utilities, construction,infrastructure or electrical environments preferred.
- Good understanding of local authority and streetworkspermit processes.
- Experience liaising with operational teams, clientsand subcontract partners.
- Comply with all companypolicies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including theanti-bribery policy, while adhering to the Environmental and QualityManagement System in alignment with ISO standards and the requirements ofthe NERS accreditation.
