- Reviewingandmaintainingaccurateandcurrentpre-constructionprogramsofworkfortheprojectstheysupport
- Workingcloselywithinternalandexternalstakeholdersandclientstosupportprojectsdeliverytocompletionontime
- Datagatheringthroughcustomersandsitevisitstoensurethattheestimatinganddeliveryteamhavetherequiredpre-constructioninformation
- Settingupandmaintaining Project Communication Systemsuppliedbythe Client/EPCContractorandotherpartyincludinginternaldistribution, archivingandstorageofallincomingandoutgoingcorrespondence/documentation.
- Maintainingmanagementtoolssuchas Status Reportandanyotherformofmonitoringreportrequiredby Project Owner
