The Role

The Paid Social Account Executive role is ideal for someone with 6 to 12 months of hands‑on Paid Social experience, who is still early in their career but has already gained a solid foundation in campaign execution and performance monitoring. You will join a supportive team where you will receive structured training, close guidance from an Account Manager, and exposure to a wide range of clients and platforms. While you will continue developing your skills, you will also be expected to bring a basic working understanding of Paid Social fundamentals from day one. This is a great opportunity for someone who has started their Paid Social journey and is ready to grow their confidence, take on more responsibility, and build strong experience across platforms, reporting, and optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support & Execution
    • Support the setup and delivery of Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, and X.
    • Build campaigns and implement updates in platform with guidance from your Account Manager.
    • Assist with audience targeting, creative rotation, budget allocation, and pacing checks.
    • Ensure campaigns are accurately structured, tracked, and launched according to best practice.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimisation
    • Complete daily and weekly budget and performance checks to ensure campaigns are running smoothly.
    • Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
    • Support the implementation of optimisation actions such as adjusting audiences, budgets, and placements.
    • Flag performance trends, risks, or opportunities to your manager.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Support the production of weekly and monthly reports, with coaching on how to interpret results.
    • Contribute to post campaign analysis and quarterly business reviews as part of your development.
    • Learn how to write performance commentary that links results back to client objectives.
  • Planning & Strategy Support
    • Assist Account Managers with research, audience planning, and budget allocation.
    • Develop understanding of how Paid Social integrates into the wider digital strategy.
    • Ensure campaigns are tracked and measured in line with best practice.
  • Client and Team Collaboration
    • Attend internal and client meetings as required, providing updates on campaign performance.
    • Work collaboratively with the client and other channel teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
    • Maintain strong organisation across multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Professional Development
    • Complete relevant platform certifications such as Meta Blueprint.
    • Stay informed on platform updates, new features, and industry developments.
    • Actively participate in internal and external training opportunities.
    • Build confidence and capability over time, progressing towards greater ownership of accounts.

Requirements

  • 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Practical experience using at least one major Paid Social platform, preferably Meta Ads Manager.
  • Understanding of campaign structure, targeting approaches, and basic optimisation techniques.
  • Comfortable working with performance data and drawing simple insights from reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to adapt to client and business needs.

Location

Our stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, minutes walk from Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations. We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
