ABOUT THE ROLE As Paid Search Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and delivering SINE Digital’s Paid Search strategy. Reporting to a Senior Paid Search Manager, you’ll oversee a small team, acting as a channel specialist responsible for driving innovation, ensuring best practice, and achieving outstanding results for our clients. This position requires solid hands‑on experience in client communication, campaign strategy, and performance management across key search platforms, including Google (Search, PMax/Shopping, Demand Gen), Microsoft Ads, Amazon Search, and Apple Search. Collaboration with our SEO and Paid Social teams will be key to delivering integrated, data‑driven strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across all major search platforms.
- Conduct in‑depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor insights to inform strategic planning and campaign structure.
- Ensure campaigns meet SINE’s best practice standards through regular QA checks and performance reviews.
- Develop, present, and deliver paid search strategies that align with client KPIs and budgets.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights using in‑platform and third‑party analytics tools.
- Identify opportunities for testing and innovation, fostering a “test‑and‑learn” culture within the team.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform features, and new tools, sharing insights with colleagues and clients.
- Collaborate with the Paid Social, SEO, and Data teams to create cohesive, cross‑channel strategies that drive full‑funnel performance.
- Maintain relationships with platform partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft) to stay informed on new products, betas, and opportunities for clients.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for strategic discussions.
- Present campaign results, insights, and growth recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Partner with Account and Client Directors on quarterly reviews, post‑campaign analyses, and long‑term planning.
LINE MANAGEMENT
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring workloads are balanced and development goals are met.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Oversee budget management for your accounts, including forecasting, pacing, and billing accuracy.
- Lead performance forecasting and budget planning to ensure client targets are met efficiently.
- Leverage automation tools, scripts, and data feeds to improve efficiency and consistency across campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2.5 – 3+ years of Paid Search experience (agency background desirable).
- Expertise across Google Ads (Search, PMax/Shopping, Demand Gen), Microsoft Ads, and Amazon.
- Strong proficiency in keyword research, campaign planning, execution, reporting, and performance analysis using tools like GA4 and SA360.
- Proven experience in full‑funnel campaign planning and management, with an understanding of the broader media mix.
