About Us
SINE Digital is a global leader in media, technology, and insights for the live entertainment industry. With offices in London and New York, we partner with world‑class cultural institutions and global brands to drive digital and AI transformation, delivering data‑led marketing strategies that maximise ticket sales, elevate brand awareness, and deepen audience engagement. Our clients include many of the most iconic productions in the West End and on Broadway, alongside some of the world's foremost cultural organisations such as The National Theatre, The Royal Ballet & Opera, Nederlander Theatres and LW Theatres.
Since 2019, we've been building a proprietary analytics and reporting stack that now houses the world's largest dataset of its kind – over 1 billion rows of entertainment analytics data, enriched with cutting‑edge AI. We're not a traditional agency, we're a data company that loves arts & entertainment.
About The Role
We are looking for an analytical problem‑solver with exceptional attention to detail, a talent for learning quickly and a flair for data visualisation. As Digital Analyst, you will own data visualisation and web analytics for live entertainment clients across the UK and US, and play a key role in tracking implementation. Across our media clients, tech projects and research work, you will build and manage the data visualisations that bring SINE's vast dataset to life. Working in the Tech team and collaborating closely with the Client Strategy, Media, Tech, and Data & Insights teams, you will design, build and iterate Looker Studio dashboards, implement and maintain conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and steward data hygiene within Google BigQuery. You will be a hands‑on executor who also shapes standards, documentation and QA so clients can trust every metric they see.
Responsibilities
- Own SINE's live reporting stack, delivering and managing client reporting solutions for major arts institutions.
- Design, build, and iterate Looker Studio dashboards for media planning, research, and business intelligence - combining GA4, media, and sales data into a single source of truth.
- Own GA4 across the agency, including property configuration, event schema design and ongoing maintenance.
- Plan, implement and QA web and conversion tracking in GTM for marketing and ticketing journeys.
Collaboration and Enablement
- Support internal teams as the first point of contact for tracking queries and troubleshooting.
- Partner with Client Strategy and Media teams to translate business questions into measurable tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to SINE's proprietary dashboarding system, developing and iterating the product over time.
Requirements
We are looking for an analytical problem‑solver with a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance. You communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling data visualisations for non‑technical stakeholders. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple clients and adapting seamlessly to varied reporting cadences and priorities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong Looker Studio skills.
- Confident spreadsheet fluency.
- Proven GA4 setup and report building experience, with ownership of properties and conversions.
- Hands‑on GTM tracking knowledge including event implementation and troubleshooting.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of BigQuery and SQL for data management and joins.
- Exposure to server‑side tagging and consent‑aware implementations.
- Familiarity with CRM or CDP data and ad platform connectors such as Supermetrics.
Technology Proficiencies
- Looker Studio and other data visualisation tools.
- Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Google Analytics 4.
- Google Tag Manager.
- Google BigQuery (preferred, but not required).
- Javascript (preferred, but not required).
Benefits
- 25 days' holiday (plus public holidays and Christmas closure) and additional annual leave accrual for the first three years.
- Competitive salary, benchmarked annually.
- Early Friday finish at 3pm (subject to business needs).
- Enhanced family and personal leave policies.
- Health cash plan (after 3 months).
- Employee assistance programme.
- Hybrid working with home equipment allowance.
- Regular social events and free tickets to live events.
- Structured personal development programme and access to industry conferences.
- An active social events calendar.
- Opportunities to help further shape the business culture and agency benefits.
